• Misuse, tampering, or unauthorized transfer of equipment may result in fees or termination of services

• While Delt Pay offers a $0 fee program, certain charges may still apply depending on transaction type, industry, or other risk factors.
• Additional services, upgrades, or customizations may carry fees disclosed in writing.
• You are responsible for any chargebacks, retrieval requests, fines, or penalties imposed by networks or banks arising from your use of the Services.

You agree to:

• Maintain accurate and updated business and contact information.
• Safeguard your login credentials and prevent unauthorized use.
• Notify Delt Pay immediately of any suspected breach or unauthorized activity

• You agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, as well as card network rules.
• Any illegal or fraudulent use of our Services is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination and potential legal action

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Delt Pay and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our Services.
• Our total liability to you for any claims related to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Delt Pay in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Delt Pay, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms

• All content, logos, designs, and materials on our website are owned or licensed by Delt Pay.
